One colour colourisation
1. Open an image in Photoshop. I'm going to use the image below:
2. Now choose a colour. I'm going to use #ccb68f. Now press Ctrl+A and Ctrl+C. (this is so we get the same size document when we make a new one.)
3. Now make a new document. (the new document should be the same size as your image)
4.Fill it with your colour.
5. Now press Ctrl+V to paste your picture. Your picture should now be on top of your colour layer.
6. Sharpen your image. (Filter>Sharpen>Sharpen) and change your blending mode to Soft Light as shown below.
7.Now you should have something like this:

8.Right click on the layer with the picture and select 'Duplicate Layer'.
9. Now go to Image>Adjustments>Desaturate. Duplicate and desaturate again.
10. Go to Layer>Merge Visible.
